Orders

Can I cancel or amend my order?

Once you've completed the payment for your order, making changes before dispatch may not be possible. Please reach out to our Customer Care team at contact@efeja.co.uk as soon as you can. We'll do our best to cancel your order and stop the dispatch of the products, but please understand that due to the quick processing of orders, this may not always be feasible.

Unfortunately we are unable to amend orders.

I didn't receive an order confirmation email

It looks like there might be a little mistake in your email address, or maybe it's an invalid one. No worries, though! Could you please send us an email with your full name, postal code, and an alternative email? This way, we can find your order and send you a new confirmation. Thank you!

An item is missing from my order

If you're missing an item and need a replacement, please reach out to us. Share your order number, details of the missing item, and attach a photo of the packaging. This will help us figure out what happened. If it turns out to be our mistake, you can choose to get a refund instead of a replacement. We're here to make it right for you!

My item is damaged or faulty

If your item arrives damaged, don't worry! Just reach out to us right away to request a replacement. We'd appreciate it if you could get in touch within 2 days of receiving the package. We're here to quickly resolve any issues with damaged or faulty items. When you let us know about the damaged product, please include your order number, details of the faulty item, and a photo so we can assist you better.

Returns and Exchange

How can I make a return?

We want to make our returns process as easy as possible for you. You have 14 days to return your item, starting from the day you receive your delivery. Simply reach out to us with your order number and a quick explanation of why you are returning the item.

Just a heads up, we can't cover the shipping fees for returns. Also, for hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns or exchanges for earrings.

To kick-start your return or exchange, shoot us an email at info@efeja.co.uk. We will then send you a returns form to pop into the package. Please don't forget to keep your proof of postage handy. We're here to help you every step of the way!

What items can’t be returned?

Some items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons e.g. earrings.

How long will it take for my account to be credited after I’ve made a return?

The return process might take up to 14 days, but we'll do our best to get it done within 7 days of receiving your items at our warehouse. You'll get a friendly email from us to let you know when we've got your returned item(s) and checked them over.

Replacement and Repair

At Efeja Jewellery, we're all about ensuring the quality of our products. We put our items through rigorous testing to guarantee their longevity. Just a heads up, though – all plated jewellery, including plated sterling silver, may tarnish over time. To keep your jewellery shining bright, it's best to give them occasional breaks and keep them away from moisture, like sweat, lotion, sunblock, and perfumes. Also, try to avoid wearing your jewellery in the shower or while washing your hands. Oh, and keep them away from chemicals and hand creams, too. To prevent oxidisation, pop your jewellery into our dustbag for safekeeping. Remember, it's totally normal for fashion jewellery to show some wear and tear over time. We're here to help you keep your jewellery looking fab!
